A growing series of paintings exploring inference, judgement and the language of provocative imagery. 30x41cm, acrylic on board. I’m interested in layered messages and mixing conventions in figurative art tradition. My understanding of this visual language grows and twists as I work and collect imagery. I’m also interested in trying to develop an aesthetic that creates a satisfying clash of values.
